Donna became a valuable member of the Healthy Stuff team in February 2014 when she joined the Customer Service And Operations Department. With over a decade of experience in Customer Service, Donna has held various positions such as Customer Account Manager and Customer Service Manager in her previous roles.

Within Healthy Stuff, Donna plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. She takes charge of the daily management of the Customer Service Team and their workflows. This involves overseeing team dynamics, setting and achieving customer satisfaction goals, devising customer service policies and procedures, as well as actively engaging with both the team and customers to deliver exceptional service.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Donna finds joy in her personal life. She is a devoted mother to her daughter, who was born in 2019. Additionally, Donna is passionate about animal welfare and environmentalism and has been vegan since 2015. During her leisure time, she is an avid reader, enjoys baking, playing the piano, and making an effort to stay fit after enjoying her baking efforts.
