Our upgraded Ultimate Test is one of the market’s most comprehensive, easy-to-use home-to-lab sample tests. Capable of testing for hundreds of major sensitivities and allergies, it can identify triggers behind persistent symptoms and help in following an elimination diet.

Now, our Ultimate Test just got even better.

Alongside the hundreds of other sensitivities, we’re now testing for milk. That’s right. As one of the most common allergies and sensitivities in the UK, this new addition should revolutionise the lives of thousands. Oh, and we’re selling the test for the same price.

What is the Upgraded Ultimate Test?

The Individual Ultimate Test is one of our top products. Using a small hair sample, our lab experts and technicians identify 975 items (including common allergens and sensitivities). These include:

  • Eggs
  • Peanuts
  • Soy
  • Wheat (gluten)
  • Tree nuts (e.g., Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Walnuts)
  • Shellfish (e.g., Lobster, Crab, Shrimp)
  • Fish (e.g., Salmon, Tuna, Cod)
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Gluten (found in barley, rye, and wheat products)
  • Soy sauce (Soya Bean)

After receiving your test kit and returning a hair sample to the lab, you’ll receive your results online within 3-5 working days. Reports include a percentage rating based on the likelihood of sensitivity and a colour code.

Our home-to-lab hair sample test is a form of bioresonance hair testing. Bioresonance testing works because your hair sample contains the same bio-frequencies as your body.

Using a Multiple Analytic Resonance System (MARS III) in our purpose-built lab, we compare the bio-frequency in your hair sample to the bio-frequency of the 975 items in our database. The closer your bio-frequency matches the item, the more likely a sensitivity will be present. Our threshold for sensitivity is 85% – the industry standard.

When you receive your results, some of the results may rate over 85% despite you never having eaten or been exposed to them. That’s completely normal. You should focus on the foods and substances you come into contact with on a regular basis.

Milk: The Newest Addition to the Ultimate Test

Milk is the latest addition to our ultimate test.

Previously, we tested for lactose – the primary culprit behind lactose intolerance. However, while some people are unable to digest lactose, it’s not responsible for all milk sensitivities and allergies.

That’s why we’ve added milk to the list of sensitivities. But we don’t just test for regular cow’s milk. We also test for:

  • Milk
  • Milk (sour)
  • Condensed milk
  • Evaporated milk
  • Goat’s milk

Why Does Testing for Milk Matter?

Lactose is the main sugar in milk – it’s what gives it that slightly sweet taste. Only a few populations worldwide can digest lactose; even amongst those who can, like in the British Isles, lactose intolerance is still a frequent problem.

However, lactose intolerance tends to overshadow milk allergy and sensitivity.

Cow’s milk allergy is an atypical immune reaction to milk and products containing milk. It occurs when the body falsely identifies a component of milk (normally casein or whey) as a threat. As a result, individuals suffer an immune reaction. Common symptoms include wheezing, vomiting, hive, digestive problems, and, in extreme cases, anaphylaxis (a severe, life-threatening reaction).

Dairy sensitivity, meanwhile, is less easy to identify. Individuals may notice mild symptoms that impede their everyday activities. Symptoms include acne, body aches, seasonal allergies, headaches, poor digestion, skin rashes, bloating, hives, and more. Not caused by an immune reaction, dairy sensitivity can be due to the body’s inability to digest or a higher sensitivity to certain milk components.

Regardless, given the ubiquity of dairy in everyday products, finding a simple, affordable, and reliable test to identify milk sensitivity is critical. That’s why we’ve added to the Ultimate Test.
